Returns and Refunds Policy

If you need to cancel, return or refund your order, please read the following terms carefully:


CHANGE/CANCEL ORDER?


If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us at sales@gearhomies.com and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.


Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 24 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and cannot be cancelled.


If you have cancelled your order, then we will refund what you paid for your order within 45 working days. Please note that the cancellation of orders will result in a fee of 5 USD each item.


REFUNDS


We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and are happy to refund or replace your order for any of the following reasons:


- The product is flawed / defective.


- You received the wrong product.


- We sent you the wrong size product.


Please email us at sales@gearhomies.com with a photo of the product you've received along with detailed shots of the flaws. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a refund or replacement free of charge.


Since we are a print-on-demand business, we do not stock items. Therefore, we do not accept refund if:


• You change your mind and don't want the items anymore (over 24 hours), or the size you picked yourself is wrong.


• Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. you provided the wrong shipping address resulting in delivery failure.)


• Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Gearhomies (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).


• You are not satisfied with the fabric material. We mentioned fabric material clearly in the "Product Description" section. The fabric material clearly in the product description


• Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 45 days.


RETURNS


Due to hygiene reasons and the fact that our products are made-to-order, we normally do not receive return items.


If you receive the wrong/defective item(s) in case it was our fault, we are happy to send you the correct one(s) without any extra fees and you will NOT need to return them to us.


Please be informed that our products are made-to-order and manufactured under market demand; thus, they are not always available items. Also, advertised images may be slightly different from actual items in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display. Hence, please allow the slight difference in color between advertised images and the actual item you received.


If you choose to return your order without our Customer Support team and it does not meet all of our requirements, a refund will not be issued and you will be notified via email with any and all options available to you on how to proceed.


• We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased during a sale or any promotion.


• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).


NOTE: Please keep in mind that purchasing means accepting all the terms mentioned above.
