If your order has been paid and you need to make a change, you must contact us within 24 hours. Out of the time, we will not be able to change your order any more. Please note that cancellation of orders will result in a fee of 5 USD each item.
If you need to return or exchange your order, please read the following instructions carefully:
If you received wrong items/defective items you can request a reshipment, free of any charge, of course.
Since we are a print-on-demand business, we do not stock items. Therefore, we do not accept refund if:
- You change your mind and don't want the items anymore, or the size you picked is wrong.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. you provided the wrong shipping address resulting in delivery failure.)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Gearhomies (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- You are not satisfied with the fabric material. We mentioned about fabric material clearly in the "Detail" section.
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Gearhomies.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 45 days.
EXCHANGE
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own costs if there is any unplanned cost.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you provided the wrong address resulting in delivery failure, we still accept to resend for you. However, all charges for resending the parcel will be paid by you.
