  • Rather than wool, fleece fabric is a form of synthetic fabric. This means these warm, soft, and cozy garments are man-made. Currently, we use fleece fabric for hoodie, long sleeves and zipper hoodie.
  • Features a specialty high definition heat-dye application that ensures long lasting color vibrancy even after machine washing. 
  • Fabric is durable and resistant to wrinkles, shrinking and mildew.
  • Finished with elasticated cuffs and waist for a stylish fit.
  • Each product is custom printed, cut and sewn just for you when you place your order – there may be small differences in the design on the seams and / or arms due to the custom nature of the production process
  • No Sweatshops, no mass-production.

Products included in our tracksuit set (hoodie, sweatpants, long sleeves, t-shirt...) have their own size charts. Maybe you order a tracksuit with hoodie/L and pants/XL is very normal. Each person has a different body proportion. Therefore, we highly appreciate that you consider sizing carefully before ordering.

We do Worldwide Shipping!

All our clothing is produced on demand. Every item is individually printed, cut, pressed and sewn according to size and takes approximately 7-10 business days to process the order and produce it for you before we send it out to trustworthy express companies (DHL, USPS, FedEx, and national express companies depending on which country to go (Hong Kong Post, Canada Post, Singapore Post…).

We also provide two options: Standard shipping and Faster Shipping. The shipping time above is for the Standard shipping package.

Please note that the time of shipping does not consist of time of processing and producing.

All our shipments are provided with a tracking link. Please feel free to follow the tracking link to check your delivery status.
 

Yes (where applicable). We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

Yes, for sure. You have 24 hours to change/cancel your order from the time your checkout is completed. Once the 24-hour period has passed, it's too late for you and our Customer Support team to change/cancel your order. Some mistakes in your life you can't go back to. Therefore, keep your phone away from little boy/girl.

* RETURNS

Due to hygiene reasons and the fact that our products are made-to-order, we normally do not receive return items.

If you receive the wrong/defective item(s) in case it was our fault, we are happy to send you the correct one(s) without any extra fees and you will NOT need to return them to us.

* REFUNDS

We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and are happy to refund or replace your order for any of the following reasons:

- The product is flawed / defective.

- You received the wrong product.

- We sent you the wrong size product.

Please email us at sales@gearhomies.com with a photo of the product you've received along with detailed shots of the flaws. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a refund or replacement free of charge.

Since we are a print-on-demand business, we do not stock items. Therefore, we do not accept refund if:

• You change your mind and don't want the items anymore (over 24 hours), or the size you picked yourself is wrong.

• Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. you provided the wrong shipping address resulting in delivery failure.)

• Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Gearhomies (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

• You are not satisfied with the fabric material. We mentioned fabric material clearly in the "Product Description" section. The fabric material clearly in the product description

• Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

If your order has been paid and you need to make a change, you must contact us within 24 hours. Out of the time, we will not be able to change your order any more. Please note that cancellation of orders will result in a fee of 5 USD each item.

If you received wrong items/defective items you can request a reshipment, free of any charge, of course.

EXCHANGE

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own costs if there is any unplanned cost.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you provided the wrong address resulting in delivery failure, we still accept to resend for you. However, all charges for resending the parcel will be paid by you.
